PMAPS2008 Financial System Requirements

In preparation for the adoption of PMAPS Financial, we strongly recommend the following minimum hardware configurations for proposal writers and database administrators.

PROCESSOR
1.2GHz or faster Pentium compatible processor (CPU).
MEMORY
512MB (megabytes) of RAM recommended.
SOFTWARE
Microsoft Word and Excel (Version 97or higher including Office Suite 2007)
OPERATING SYSTEM
Microsoft® Windows® 98/2000/2003 Server.
INTERNET CONNECTION
128kbps DSL or 512kbps Cable Modem (Downstream)

 

ADMINISTRATOR DESKTOP (DBA)

PROCESSOR
1.2GHz or faster Pentium compatible processor (CPU).
MEMORY
1GB (gigabytes) of RAM recommended.
SOFTWARE
Microsoft Word and Excel (Version 97or higher including Office Suite 2007)
OPERATING SYSTEM
Microsoft® Windows® 98/2000/2003 Server.
INTERNET CONNECTION
128kbps DSL or 512kbps Cable Modem (Downstream)

 

SERVER

1.2GHz or faster Pentium compatible processor (CPU).
MEMORY
2-4GB (gigabytes) of RAM recommended.
(Depending on the numberof concurrent users)
HARD DISK
100-400GB (gigabytes) of free space. Actual requirement for product use is dependant on database size.
OPERATING SYSTEM
Microsoft® Windows® 98/2000/2003 Server.
DATABASE SERVER
