Wendy Cheng-Wong Named Director of Financial Services of Proposal Software, Inc. May 8th, 2006 Westport, CT – Wendy Cheng-Wong has been named Director of Financial Services for the Westport, Connecticut based Proposal Software, Inc. The announcement was made today by John Laurino, CEO of Proposal Software, Inc. Cheng-Wong, who will be based in New York City, officially assumed the new position May 1. Prior to her appointment at Proposal Software, Inc., Cheng-Wong was an assistant vice president with the Global Transaction Services division at Citigroup in New York City. At Citigroup, she was a database administrator and proposal writer responsible for global custody and master trust services to institutional clients. Her responsibilities included marketing securities lending, accounting and reporting, benefit disbursements, foreign exchange, and performance measurement services. Prior to Citibank, Cheng-Wong was an assistant vice president at Deutsche Asset Management. She has also served as a proposal manager and database administrator at Daiwa SB Investments where she developed and implemented innovative procedures to respond to RFPs and RFIs.
