Proposal Software, Inc. to host PMAPS Western Regional Training Workshop in Culver City (Los Angeles), California, on March 18th
March 12th, 2009 Los Angeles and Westport, Conn. – Proposal Software, Inc. (PSI), The Leader In Proposal Productivity™ bid management software, and developers of PMAPS® the top-rated Proposal Management and Production System, the proposal professionals’ software tool of choice for responding to ever increasing numbers of Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotations (RFQ), will be hosting an intensive full-day Western Regional Training Workshop in Culver City (Los Angeles), California, on Wednesday, March 19. Proposal and business development executives will be attending the workshop from a wide cross section of Fortune 1000 companies.
PSI’s Manager of Client Service, Colleen Charland, will be leading the one-day intensive workshop which will be broken out into a morning and an afternoon session. The morning session will cover PMAPS® Fundamentals. The afternoon session will focus on more advanced applications of PMAPS® including the integrated assembly center module, the ‘best in class’ search module for instantly locating precise proposal content, and an exploration of advanced tools such as repopulating documents, updating PMAPS from Word, and using the integrated Excel response wizard. The afternoon session will close with a review of the report module, using the extensive library of ‘canned’ reports and creating customized reports using the integrated report-writing tool that can drive Microsoft Office document template files and an overview of PMAPS 2008 the 11th and latest release of PMAPS since 1994.
