Proposal Software, Inc. Names New Directors in Legal and Financial Markets in Response to Increased Growth for Leading Proposal Tool PMAPS
April 30th, 2008 Westport, Conn. – Proposal Software, Inc. The Leader In Proposal Productivity™, and developers of PMAPS® the best-in-class Proposal Management and Production System, has enhanced its financial and legal markets teams with the addition of Cynthia Griffin as Director, Legal Markets, and Leslie W. Hatcher as Director, Financial Markets, as announced today by company CEO, John A. Laurino.
Griffin and Hatcher will be based in Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia respectively. They will begin on May 1, 2008, and report to Sue Galati, who is the Managing Director, Global Sales, based in Westport, Connecticut.
“These two individuals continue to meet our goal of only recruiting proven and experienced proposal professionals onto the Proposal Software team,” explained Laurino. He added, “Our ability to attract such high quality individuals is a direct result of the overwhelming demand we are seeing from the success PMAPS® is delivering to proposal professionals in all of the vertical markets we serve.”
Griffin spent the past five years at AIG Retirement, in Houston, Texas, as Associate Director of Case Development. She managed an institutional marketing team producing responses to requests for proposal, requests for information, and finalist presentations for group acquisition and retention in the defined contribution services market. She also led the project management team that installed PMAPS® and provided support to more than 1,800 field service representatives and directed the entire proposal process.
Griffin notes, “As a former proposal manager, PMAPS significantly increased productivity and helped my team to substantially improve efficiencies in the proposal process. PMAPS is easy to implement, easy to learn, easy to maintain and is the premier proposal software system on the market today.” She added, “I am excited to be representing PMAPS in the legal markets.”
Griffin received her Master of Business Administration and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Houston. She holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and Series 65 licenses.
According to Hatcher, “As a manager with responsibilities that included the proposal team, I knew that once I viewed the PMAPS demo that it had to be an integral part of our proposal process.” She added, “In addition to the incredible efficiencies it affords users, the reporting capabilities are also quite impressive. I am delighted to be representing such a tremendous product.”
Bringing over 18 years of financial marketing experience to PSI, Inc., Hatcher most recently was Marketing Communications Manager at INVESCO Institutional, N.A. based in Atlanta, Ga., During her tenure, she centralized the North American marketing communications and request for proposal function by creating an in-house agency representing more than 25 internal domestic and international clients. Hatcher received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science at Duke University. She holds NASD Series 6, 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
