History

Our first solution was developed in 1994 in response to a Fortune 500 company’s need for a 100% increase in proposal volume while holding headcount flat. Our prototype met these goals, and since then, PMAPS (Proposal Management And Production System) has had 10 major upgrades to today’s 11th generation solution… all the reflection of listening to and working with the best proposal professionals using our software everyday. In 2009, we created PMAPS WebPro... an entirely web-centric version of our Client/Server version of PMAPS. This broadens the technology platform choice and scalability options to meet any organization's proposal requirements and budget.

PMAPS WebPro can be adapted to any of these vertical configurations using easy to use tools internal to the application. These two ‘best in class’, comprehensive proposal management platforms were designed for the proposal professional and their workgroup to support the creation and management of ‘mission critical’ new business responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Quotations (RFQs). In addition, any customer-facing sales proposals and marketing documents are easily created, managed and deployed to the sales organization using internal tools that require NO programming skills or support.
