John Laurino
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to his management consulting experience, John was a product manager at Equitable Life, the chief marketing officer of The Bowery Savings Bank, Hospital Trust National Bank (RI) and several national and worldwide corporate banking divisions and the global investment management group of Citibank/Citicorp. He is acknowledged in the financial service industry as an expert in the development and use of sales and marketing databases, direct and virtual marketing practices, and data warehouse structures. His undergraduate work was at the U.S. Naval Academy and Franklin & Marshall College. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and attended the Strategic Marketing Program at the Harvard Business School.

Steven N. Heffter
Chief Technology
Officer

For over 14 years, Mr. Heffter has lead the development and technology teams for Proposal Software’s acclaimed PMAPS software. As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Heffter is best known for his extensive work with the integration of relational database systems, search algorithms and productivity software.

Mr. Heffter received his dual BS in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University in 1986. Before joining Proposal Software Mr. Heffter was the Chief Information Officer at Innovative Marketing Programs and Computer Technologies (IMPACT, Inc.) where he developed marketing and database applications for the professional services industries. Mr. Heffter was selected to the top 100 innovators of Western New York in January 2000 by the Upstate Alliance for Innovation, a program founded by the National Science Foundation. Mr. Heffter servers on several boards in the Buffalo, New York area.


Sue Galati
Managing Director
Global Markets

Sue Galati, who has over 20 years of sales experience, spent 12 years with Valassis Sales and Marketing prior to joining PSI. At Valassis, as a customer business manager, she led the Delhaize North America Team which was responsible for sales at all US divisions of Delhaize. Galati was additionally responsible for sales at Family Dollar, Ingles & Harris Teeter. Galati and team achieved 150% of their sales goal for 2007. Prior to Valassis, she worked at Marketing Corporation of America in their Direct division responsible for sales to multiple consumer package goods clients.

Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Northern Arizona University.

 


Glenda Reaux
Managing Director
Client Services

Prior to her appointment at PSI, Inc., Glenda Reaux spent more than 13 years in health benefits marketing and sales support. She was the manager of marketing and sales support at Beech Street Corporation in Lake Forest, California, where her responsibilities included operations, corporate communications and marketing programs management, branding and new product release campaigns, pre-sale data analytic functions, as well as implementation and management of the firm’s customer relationship management programs. Previously, Reaux was the manager of marketing and sales support for UltraLink, a health benefits administrator based in Costa Mesa, California.

Reaux is a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University.
